SS17 is situated in the very sought after address of Subang Jaya.
Due to its strategic location, the prices of properties in SS17 have
appreciated a lot throughout the years. Not surprisingly, prices of
properties within the area have gone up tremendously, more than
quadruple of its launch price. The city's infrastructure is
excellent, resulting in a cozy and comfortable neighborhood, where
security is promised.
In spite of that, due to its current density, traffic congestion is
a very common scene around Subang. These hair-pulling moments are
especially common during rush hours along the main road separating
SS15 and SS17 on the New Pantai Expressway (NPE). The traffic slows
down to a constant crawl for over 1 km as it links to many other
major highways.
The traffic condition is worsened with the many educational
institutions nearby as it draws in large number of students and
commuters. That being said, SS17 can prove to be a decent investment
opportunity due to its close proximity to the large number of
educational institutions, commercial centres, shopping malls and
