Analysis
Many have compared PJCC’s modern exterior to those in Dubai and its
contemporary and unique outlook does attraction attention and hence,
also became of its selling points. Although this is a pretty high
profile project, there are also those people who are pessimistic on
the success of PJCC stating that the location is not very strategic
