Different between Real Estate Agent and Negotiator

The different between negotiator and real estate agent is negotiator are work for the real estate agent and normally negotiator are work without basic salary, the income of negotiator is from the commission when they close the deal. After closing a deal, the total commission from the deal normally is 2% (maximum 2.75% allowed). Real estate agent and negotiator who close the deal will shared the commission prior to their early agreement, normally the negotiator will take the bigger share. The Real Estate Agent will provide guidance, consultation and office support to the negotiator.

The Real Estate Agent is the license holder and registered with Ministry of Finance (in Malaysia); they need to bear the responsibilities and code of work for the negotiator who work for them..
